Document and standardize processes to improve throughput and quality. Disposition non-conforming product and take steps to prevent recurrence. Perform timestudies and find cost justifiable ways to eliminate waste in production processes with the overall goal of reducing cost. Participate in and/or lead projects that can include plant layout, ergonomic analysis, capital equipment justification / purchase, and/or safety improvement.

As the Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing Cybersecurity training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices, policies, and procedures across the organization. Our team is growing and we're looking to add Maintenance Technicians to our brand new facility at Hazel
Park! The Maintenance Technician is an expert trouble shooter and equipment repair person for all types of plant/production electrical and mechanical equipment. This level of work requires education and experience with all types of electrical and mechanical service skills. Teaches and/or advises others about how or what to do to make repairs. Work from complicated drawings and specifications. Use a variety of precision measuring instruments for exacting measurements. Apprenticeship, Associate Degree, or equivalent training plus considerable experience is required to perform work. Work from general assignment and proceed with minimum supervision and direction.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Metal End Finisher, you’ll be responsible for producing quality parts using a variety of metal finishing process equipment.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Cut off Tubes to correct lengths
- Deburr tubes
- Shapen the ends of the tube per customer specs (adding lips, grooves, pin dots, etc...)
- Stage and Pull Metal Tubes
- Assist in all tube bending activities
- Train on operating tube benders
- Inspect finished tubes for defects (our quality techs double check and sign-off)
- Adjust machine setup to correct quality issues
- Grind tube ends
- Packages parts in appropriate containers.
- Cleans and lubricates machines.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

We are looking for an experienced and careful Material Coordinator (Forklift) to join our team. As an employee at MEC, you will be responsible for transporting incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas as assigned.
A role like this comes with some important responsibilities, some of those responsibilities include:
- Coordinates material movement between departments per the routing requirements.
- Operate forklift, electrical hoist or other power-driven equipment to load or move materials.
- Load or unload material onto or from pallets, trays, or shelves.
- Process required paperwork using RF (Radio Frequency) system when/where available.
- Supply production area with needed materials from inventory.
- Sorts questionable materials per Quality Control’s request.
- Prints and distributes pick tickets and performs computer transactions as necessary.
- Organize sequence of pulling material and relays information to Material Support.
- Ensures production schedules are met by timely and accurate processing and movement of goods. Assists during daily peak times to include operating material handling equipment and perform all necessary computer transactions.
- Ensures good communication and feedback with management, employees on their shift and between shifts.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement changes in the department as necessary.
- Works with production Supervisors, Production Support Coordinator’s & Inventory Control to make effective changes in Systems and Procedures.
