Position Description   Performs plant-level safety and environmental compliance duties under limited supervision. Acts as liaison to applicable federal, state, and local agencies for assigned facility(s). Implements Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs to protect employees and reduce risk to the company.  Partners with plant leadership to proactively implement preventative measures to reduce the overall risk of injury and environmental concerns.  Investigates EHS incidents to identify root cause and corrective actions.

$1000 Sign on Bonus!!!   The 3rd shift Manufacturing Supervisor has accountability for the overall operation of the plant during the assigned shift hours, areas of responsibility include: Safety & Environmental, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity and Adherence to Schedule.

$1000 Sign on Bonus!!!! $1.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts ($17.10-$18.10/hr.)   Operates powered lift truck or hand truck to load or unload materials onto or off of trucks, pallets, skids, lifting device, trays or racks and transports loads to designated area.   

$1000 Sign on Bonus!!! ($21.25-$25.75) $1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shifts!!! Do you have experience working with Press Brake machines? Are you mechanically inclined?  You came to the right place if you answered yes. As an employee/owner at MEC, you will be responsible for setup, adjust and operate all sizes of press brakes to perform a wide variety of forming, notching, bending, and punch operations on a diversified line of work.  Work from drawings, patterns, templates, and specifications.       

$1000 Sign On Bonus!!! ($18.35 - $19.35)  Our growing company is seeking to hire a Painter (Powder Coat). As an employee at MEC, you will be responsible using the paint tools to paint surfaces, parts and products for our customers. A painter will use a variety of techniques to ensure all parts are sprayed and coated to our customer specifications.

$1000 Sign on bonus!!! ($27.60 - $29.10/hr.) Responsible for the upkeep of the industrial manufacturing equipment and building systems.     

$1000 Sign on Bonus!!! $1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift ($18.35-$19.35) Operates computer-controlled laser machines to cut patterns and/or parts from sheet metal producing customer parts from raw material in accordance with job specific work orders and inspection cards.  

$1000 Sign on Bonus!!! ($17.10-$19.35)   This classification may include various general laborer functions such as plug, assembly, finishing, punch press, grinding, running robots and running various machinery.  Responsibilities may include loading, moving materials, assisting  in loading machines, positioning work, setting up jobs, making adjustments or operating machines, final assembly operations plugging, visual inspections.   Performs hand operations, such as filing, de-burring, cleaning, disc grinding, palletizing, banding, folding, etc.  Uses torque wrench and hand tools as needed.  

$1000 Sign on Bonus!!! $1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift!!!  ($21.25-$25.75)  You will be responsible for preparing metal for weld operations per customer specifications, drawings, and instructions from engineering. Primary duty is performing welding operations on various customer products using manual and/or robotic welding equipment.

$1000 Sign on Bonus!!! $1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift ($17.10 - $18.10/hr.) This position will be responsible for loading and unloading the paint line.
