Overview

$1000 Sign on Bonus!!!

$1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift

($17.10 - $18.10/hr.)

This position will be responsible for loading and unloading the paint line.

Responsibilities

Changing hooks and racks setting line up for parts

 

Loading and unloading parts from line

 

Inserting and removing plugs from parts 

 

Inspecting parts for defects

 

Communicate well with others and work as a team

 

Complies with safety regulations, promotes workplace safety and reports all unsafe acts

 

Various other duties as required

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Basic understanding of powder coating system(s).

 

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.                            

 

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

 

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

 

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and ability to key critical data into a computer with accuracy and thoroughness. 

 

Certificates and Licenses:

No certifications needed.
