Find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes. Devise efficient ways to use workers, machines, materials, information, and energy to make products in a Contract Manufacturing environment.
Expert trouble shooter and equipment repair person for all types of plant/production electrical and mechanical equipment. Work from general assignment and proceed with minimum supervision and direction. This level of work requires education and experience with all types of electrical and mechanical service skills. Teaches and/or advises others about how or what to do to make repairs. Work from complicated drawings and specifications. Use a variety of precision measuring instruments for exacting measurements. Apprenticeship, Associate'S Degree, or equivalent training plus considerable experience is required to perform work.
Work directly with manufacturing teams to maintain maximum uptime and highest level of mechanical support for production and plant equipment. May be required to train on first shift temporarily before moving to second shift.
Entry-level production position. Assists with manufacturing operations, such as packing & inspection, wash process basket-loading, end forming, trim, press, induction brazing, pressure testing, and engraving. Skills assessed and may start training for other operations such as hand brazing, tube bending, and machine set-up. Works under close supervision.
This is a second shift position (3:30PM - 2:00AM, M-Th). Candidate should be able to train on first shift or split shift for several weeks. We offer a $0.50/hour shift premium for 2nd shift employees.
