As the Maintenance Superivsor you will have the opportunity to plan, direct, and coordinate activities concerned with design, construction modifications, and maintenance of equipment and machinery in our Fond du Lac aluminum extrusion and fabrication facility!

This person will continually monitor the welding processes and verify that every machine is functioning properly to produce quality, sound parts and will be required to have an advanced knowledge of welding parameters and principals to make adjustments and changes accordingly.
