SUMMARY As an employee/owner at MEC, you will be responsible for the development, validation and maintaining of CMM programs while providing support to inspectors, engineers, and production personnel to ensure products meet customer specifications.   

Executes and manages internal and external communication programs that are aligned and consistent with the corporate strategy through a variety of mediums. Partners with executive and functional leaders and provides insight for all communication programs and initiatives that are consistent with the corporate brand.

Job Summary:  Maintains housekeeping program to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of the interior and exterior grounds of the facility.   The following requirements, essential functions, and responsibilities are not intended to represent an exhaustive listing nor in any way restrict or limit job assignment.

Transport incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas as assigned.  Operate forklift, electrical hoist or other power driven equipment to load or move materials.  Supply production area with needed materials from inventory.  Load or unload material onto or from pallets, trays, or shelves.  Process required paperwork using RF (Radio Frequency) system when/where available.  Performs preventive maintenance such as: daily vehicle inspection, recharging batteries, or replacing liquefied propane gas (LP) tank.   This person is expected to promote a team atmosphere necessary to get the job done efficiently and effectively. Evaluate, recommend, and implement changes in the department as necessary. Works with production Supervisors, Production Support Coordinator’s & Inventory Control to make effective changes in Systems and Procedures.

SUMMARY Performs programming for CNC machines and manufacturing automation, using the current programming software.   Day Shift: Monday-Thursday  5am-3pm.   

Bends metal tubing according to specifications for use in hydraulic, exhaust, intake and coolant installations by performing the following duties.   **Pay commensurate with experience** **This is a 2nd shift position - shift premium is $1.50 p/hr.** Shift schedule = 4 - 10 hr. days, Mon. through Thurs., 2pm - 12/midnight, overtime as needed Fri./Sat.   **$1,000 Sign on bonus** **Paid Vacation upon hire, Benefits after 30 days**  

As a Corporate Senior Accountant, you will perform certain general accounting functions involving the general ledger, month-end closing, technical accounting and consolidated financial reporting.  You will also assist with SEC reporting, investor relations, financial planning and analysis and management/Board of Director reporting, as well as help support the Company’s SOX implementation and compliance upon adoption.  The Corporate Senior Accountant performs a variety of professional accounting work and financial analysis of above average difficulty.  The role is to provide timely and accurate generation of monthly financial and operational financial statements, financial analysis, quarterly external financial reporting and audit support for internal and external stakeholders of the organization.

This is a place for high school students interested in a youth apprenticeship to apply online. MEC's youth apprenticeship program gives you exposure to mutliple different areas of manufacturing.   All MEC YA’s will start their experience on a rotation that encompasses numerous manufacturing processes. A rotation will be created for each YA that shares the department and length of time that they will be in each department. The rotation process will be for the first semester of employment.
