***Openings on 2nd and 3rd shift***   Provide support to the Manufacturing group in producing customer defined quality products.  Position is actively involved with associates at all levels and requires general supervision.  General duties of position include promote quality principles, resolution of quality issues, providing support in metrology, auditing, and data collection. 

Manage personnel, systems, and operations to maintain MEC property and equipment effectively. Implement waste reduction strategies in production, optimize resource utilization in contract manufacturing, and oversee electrical and mechanical servicing. Coordinate projects for property enhancements while ensuring compliance with city, state and federal regulations and company policies.

***2nd shift, 3pm - 11pm, Monday - Friday***   Supports the Engineering team in the maintenance of documentation, records, and data within the department and company. Supports Quality Management System document and records control, internal audit, and corrective action processes. Coordinates and maintains document control of New Product Development and APQP processes.

***Opening on 2nd shift, 3pm - 11pm, Monday - Friday***   Under general supervision, operate electric overhead line crane to move product to and from racks and process through anodizing tanks.  Check and maintain process tank concentrations for pH., temperature and other parameters to assure quality parts.

$1000 Sign on Bonus!!! $1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift!!!  ($21.25-$25.75)  You will be responsible for preparing metal for weld operations per customer specifications, drawings, and instructions from engineering. Primary duty is performing welding operations on various customer products using manual and/or robotic welding equipment.

The 3rd shift Manufacturing Supervisor has accountability for the overall operation of the plant during the assigned shift hours, areas of responsibility include: Safety & Environmental, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity and Adherence to Schedule.

Implements Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs to protect employees and reduce risk to the company.  Partners with plant leadership to proactively implement preventative measures to reduce the overall risk of injury and environmental concerns.  Investigates EHS incidents to identify root cause and corrective fixes.
