The EHS Manager leads safety and environmental compliance efforts and relationships with applicable federal, state, and local agencies for multiple assigned locations and/or complex operations. Implements Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs to protect employees and reduce risk to the company.  Partners with plant leadership to proactively implement preventative measures to reduce the overall risk of injury and environmental concerns. Investigates EHS incidents to identify root cause and corrective fixes.

This is a place for high school students interested in a youth apprenticeship to apply online. MEC's youth apprenticeship program gives you exposure to mutliple different areas of manufacturing.   All MEC YA’s will start their experience on a rotation that encompasses numerous manufacturing processes. A rotation will be created for each YA that shares the department and length of time that they will be in each department. The rotation process will be for the first semester of employment. After that, they will then choose a path they wish to continue down.

As an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician at MEC, you will be responsible for a variety maintenance activities multiple sites, primarily in Mayville.
