The Plant Manager manages all plant operations for an assigned location. Provides leadership within, and continual development of the operations structure including but not limited to production and financial controls, plant security and safety, regulatory compliance, quality, facilities, and all manufacturing areas. Works cross-functionally to ensure consistency in operations and related strategies. Ensures large-scale projects are completed on time, on budget and meet specified quality standards, production requirements and goals.

Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction. Primary responsibility is to MIG and TIG weld aluminum or rectangular tanks and fittings using a robot or manually. This classification requires the welder to be a certified welder.

Design, integrate, or improve manufacturing systems or related processes. Maintain high levels of manufacturing and product quality processes, as well as ensuring cost-efficiency. Provide technical support to Sales and Production.
Under general supervision, ability to read blueprint, setup manual and automatic Fabrication Saws.
Under general supervision, operate electric overhead line crane to move product to and from racks and process through anodizing tanks. Check and maintain process tank concentrations for pH., temperature and other parameters to assure quality parts.
***2nd shift, 3pm - 11pm, competitive wage***
The primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems. A technician must possess a working knowledge of control panels, ladder logic, ability to upload and download programs necessary to repair and troubleshoot controls, repair of automated machines, and the ability to trouble shoot all manufacturing equipment to include but not limited to robots, automated handling equipment, control systems interfaces, and CNC’s. Order and maintain necessary supplies. Maintain internal daily communication with Plant Services operations.

Under general supervision, able to rack, pack, run CNC’s, manual machines, and robotic cells.

In this role, you will plan, lay out and perform all bench and machine operations to construct, alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, gauges, etc. where a high degree of skill and an extensive knowledge of tooling practice and application is required. Work from complicated drawings and specifications, use a wide variety of precision instruments for exacting measurements.
