Under the direction of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, develop processes to ensure quality, cost and efficiency requirements are met and to provide manufacturing support and promote process improvement; Troubleshoot problems with production and takes corrective actions; Researches the purchase of equipment or upgrades to existing equipment.

Manages all plant operations for one assigned location. Provides leadership within, and continual development of the operations structure including but not limited to production and financial controls, plant security and safety, regulatory compliance, quality, facilities, and all manufacturing areas.
