- With readily available supervision, performs repetitive inspection following standardized methods and procedures.
- Visually inspects or checks parts using a variety of precision measuring instruments or against fixed samples.

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Quality Engineer. This position is located in Byron Center, MI.
Supports the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, conducting inspections and tests, and maintaining documentation.
Oversees safety and environmental compliance efforts and relationships with applicable federal, state, and local agencies for assigned facility(s). Implements Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs to protect employees and reduce risk. Partners with plant leadership to implement preventative measures to reduce the overall risk of injury and environmental concerns. Investigates EHS incidents to identify root cause and recommend and implement corrective actions.
$1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift
($17.36 - $22.17/hr.)
This position will be responsible for loading and unloading the paint line.
2nd shift - MIG Welders.
Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician for our 1st shift Wayland, MI. location. An overview includes routine and emergency mechanical and electrical maintenance on all machines and equipment, diagnoses source of problem or potential problem, and maintains or repairs machines or equipment as needed.

Manages all plant operations for one assigned location. Provides leadership within, and continual development of the operations structure including but not limited to production and financial controls, plant security and safety, regulatory compliance, quality, facilities, and all manufacturing areas. Works cross-functionally to ensure consistency in operations and related strategies. Ensures large-scale projects are completed on time, on budget and meet specified quality standards, production requirements and goals.
Provides administrative support to the engineering team in data entry and the part number set-up process.
($17.36 - $19.48/hr.)
Performs administrative duties associated with shipping products from a Fabrication facility.
Oversees production facilities and manufacturing within, ensuring products and activities are completed safely, within quality standards, on schedule, and within cost objectives.
$1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift!!!

You will be responsible for preparing metal for weld operations per customer specifications, drawings, and instructions from engineering. Primary duty is performing welding operations on various customer products using manual and/or robotic welding equipment.
($24.61 - $31.32/hr.)
Responsible for the upkeep of the industrial manufacturing equipment and building systems.
($17.36-$20.83)
This classification may include various general laborer functions such as plug, assembly, finishing, punch press, grinding, running robots and running various machinery. Responsibilities may include loading, moving materials, assisting in loading machines, positioning work, setting up jobs, making adjustments or operating machines, final assembly operations plugging, visual inspections. Performs hand operations, such as filing, de-burring, cleaning, disc grinding, palletizing, banding, folding, etc. Uses torque wrench and hand tools as needed.
