Responsible for operating basic machinery and ensuring efficient production processes under supervision. This role involves following established procedures, maintaining safety standards, and performing routine checks to ensure product quality. 

Senior Environmental Health and Safety Specialist   Oversees safety and environmental compliance efforts and relationships with applicable federal, state, and local agencies for assigned facility(s). Implements Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs to protect employees and reduce risk. Mayville Engineering Company (MEC) is seeking a Lean Engineer to join our MBX Mayville Business Excellence) Team, supporting our Raleigh manufacturing site. This hands-on role focuses on leading Kaizen events, deploying and coaching Lean methods, and delivering measurable cost improvements.   Reporting to the Director of Lean & CI, the Lean Engineer will be responsible for executing Lean initiatives that drive operational excellence, eliminate waste, and improve key performance indicators—especially in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.

$1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift ($17.36 - $22.17/hr.) This position will be responsible for loading and unloading the paint line.  

Manages all plant operations for one assigned location. Provides leadership within, and continual development of the operations structure including but not limited to production and financial controls, plant security and safety, regulatory compliance, quality, facilities, and all manufacturing areas. Works cross-functionally to ensure consistency in operations and related strategies. Ensures large-scale projects are completed on time, on budget and meet specified quality standards, production requirements and goals.

$1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift!!!  ($21.57-$27.79)  You will be responsible for preparing metal for weld operations per customer specifications, drawings, and instructions from engineering. Primary duty is performing welding operations on various customer products using manual and/or robotic welding equipment.

($24.61 - $31.32/hr.) Responsible for the upkeep of the industrial manufacturing equipment and building systems.
