Our growing company is seeking to hire a Technical Support Specialist. This position is located in Byron Center, MI but will support other locations. You will ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain SLA expectations. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as requiring that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.    

The Health and Safety Manager leads safety compliance efforts and relationships with applicable federal, state, and local agencies for multiple assigned locations and/or complex operations. Implements Health & Safety programs to protect employees and reduce risk to the company.  Partners with plant leadership to proactively implement preventative measures to reduce the overall risk of injury and safety concerns. Investigates incidents to identify root cause and corrective fixes.

Set-up and adjust power presses to perform operations such as punch, blank, notch, shear, form, draw, upset, coin rivet, etc, on a diversified line of work having close dimensional and work quality requirements.   **Pay rate commensurate with experience** **2nd shift premium = $1.50 p/hr.** **Sign-on Bonus $1,000**

This position is responsible for coordinating the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the aluminum extrusion process, including extrusion, stretching, sawing to length, and aging. The role involves rotating through various press operations to ensure smooth production flow and consistent product quality. Additionally, the position requires performing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. The role reports directly to the Extrusion Shift Team Leader for the assigned shift.

$1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift ($21.57-$26.10)   Tests and inspects products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties.  

Conducts financial planning and analysis to support decision making for the organization. Combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver actionable insights that inform business strategy.

Develops, interprets, and maintains financial and accounting concepts or techniques for financial planning and control.

Under general supervision, stretch, saw and stack material in accordance with specified operating procedures and instructions. Maintain appropriate records and documentation including work orders, billet and saw sheets. Load age ovens and start ovens to appropriate time cycle and temperature.

Under general supervision, able to rack, pack, run CNC’s, manual machines, and robotic cells. Responsible for manual set ups and assisting Tech A’s with set ups.

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be providing engineering support for assigned operations department(s).  You will document and standardize processes to improve throughput and quality.  Disposition non-conforming product and take steps to prevent recurrence.  Perform timestudies and find cost justifiable ways to eliminate waste in production processes with the overall goal of reducing cost.  Participate in and/or lead projects that can include plant layout, ergonomic analysis, capital equipment justification / purchase, and/or safety improvement.

Under general supervision, ability to read blueprint, setup manual and automatic Fabrication Saws.

The Quality Technician provides support to manufacturing operations or Quality Engineering by tests and / or inspection of products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates collected data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties.  

Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.  Primary responsibility is to MIG and TIG weld aluminum or steel round or rectangular tanks and fittings using a robot or manually.  This classification requires the welder to be a certified welder.
