SUMMARY The Level I Service Desk Technician’s role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain SLA expectations. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as requiring that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.

The Program Launch Manager leads the planning and execution of strategic program and equipment launches, ensuring programs are launched on time and on budget, and meet customer expectations.

Responsible for leading an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team to deliver relevant programs across an assigned region. Oversees safety and environmental compliance efforts and relationships with applicable federal, state, and local agencies for multiple assigned locations. Implements EHS programs to protect employees and reduce risk to the company.  Partners with plant leadership to proactively implement preventative measures to reduce the overall risk of injury and environmental concerns.  Investigates EHS incidents to identify root cause and corrective fixes.

Shipping/Receiving Clerk   The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of products and materials. This position involves verifying shipment contents, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with carriers and internal departments.   Job Responsibilities 1. Compares identifying information and counts, weighs or measures items outgoing or incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, packing slips, address labels and other records.
