As a Customer Service Representative at MEC, you will support production in the following areas:  Sales order management, forecast management, and customer interface.

Provides technical engineering support and expertise to the sales team and customers regarding design for manufacturing (DFM). Collaborates with the sales team and customers to understand customer requirements, recommends design improvements to improve the manufacturability of products, and provides technical guidance throughout the sales process.   Must reside in Wisconsin. Design, integrate, or improve manufacturing systems or related processes. Maintain high levels of manufacturing and product quality processes, as well as ensuring cost-efficiency. Provide technical support to Sales and Production.

Under general supervision, ability to read blueprint, setup manual and automatic Fabrication Saws. 

  Under general supervision, operate electric overhead line crane to move product to and from racks and process through anodizing tanks.  Check and maintain process tank concentrations for pH., temperature and other parameters to assure quality parts.

***2nd shift, 3pm - 11pm, competitive wage***   The primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems. A technician must possess a working knowledge of control panels, ladder logic, ability to upload and download programs necessary to repair and troubleshoot controls, repair of automated machines, and the ability to trouble shoot all manufacturing equipment to include but not limited to robots, automated handling equipment, control systems interfaces, and CNC’s. Order and maintain necessary supplies. Maintain internal daily communication with Plant Services operations.

***Openings on all shifts, 1st, 2nd, & 3rd***    Under general supervision, able to rack, pack, run CNC’s, manual machines, and robotic cells.

Our growing company is looking to hire a Tool & Die Maker.  In this role, you will plan, lay out and perform all bench and machine operations to construct, alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, gauges, etc. where a high degree of skill and an extensive knowledge of tooling practice and application is required.  Work from complicated drawings and specifications, use a wide variety of precision instruments for exacting measurements.

SUMMARY As an employee/owner at MEC, you will provide support to manufacturing operations or Quality Engineering by tests and / or inspection of products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates collected data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties.
