The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor coordinates the effective use of equipment, facilities, team members, and skill sets in order to meet all safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements. 

The Quality Engineer supports the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, conducting inspections and tests, and maintaining documentation.

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Blaser (Production Operator) at our Beaver Dam East location. You will be responsible for using high-pressure equipment to clean and prepare surfaces for painting.      A role like this comes with some important responsibilities, some of those responsibilities include: -

Provide support for the Engineering department as assigned by engineers and engineering leadership. Interact with associates on the floor to provide resolution to problems.

Under general direction, support the design of tools, dies, gauges, fixtures, and equipment. Prepare clear, complete and accurate detail drawings from rough sketches, drawings, notes or electronic files using drafting (CAD) system.

Assists Process Engineers (a) with various aspects of managing the introduction of new projects from initial concept to production hand-off, and (b) with support of existing production parts and assemblies.
