Part Time Custodian

We’re looking for a reliable Part‑Time Custodian to help keep our facility clean, safe, and welcoming. Role is in a manufacturing environment and offices.

This role offers flexible scheduling between 20–29 hours per week, with a preference for daily cleaning. Morning hours are preferred with our first shift starting at 6am

What You’ll Do

Clean offices, production areas, locker rooms, and common spaces (vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, dusting, refilling dispensers, etc.)

Maintain cleaning supplies and alert supervisor when inventory is low

Assist with basic groundskeeping (snow removal, yard work) as needed

Operate custodial equipment such as floor sweepers and mowers

Follow all safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards

What You Bring

Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Comfort using basic hand tools and custodial equipment

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior maintenance or custodial experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, walking, and standing throughout the shift
