We are currently recruiting for several entry level manufacturing roles. Here is quick overview of the locations looking for help and what you will be doing.

Our Fond du Lac locations is looking to hire summer/seasonal help. During your time at MEC, you will be racking parts on rack, inspecting parts, packaging products and/or assisting with machine operation. We have all three shifts available, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel parts and/or controls; reach with hands and arms to operate machine and/or to place pieces in machine or remove them for packing; and talk or hear.  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
