EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred but not required; five years experience in manufacturing or engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
Ability to apply mathematical concepts to the degree necessary.
Ability to determine product status based on test & inspection results.
Must have or be willing to learn: Blueprint reading as applicable to manufacturing of metals, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Statistical Process Control (SPC) Measurement Techniques (Metrology) Computer Application basics (Windows, Spreadsheets, etc.) Coordinate Measuring Machine applications (PC-DMIS) Ability to work with people (Team Player)
