This position assists the MEC Shooting Sports Divison with execution of the marketing and brand management initiatives including: websites and social media, newsletters, business cards, Powerpoint presentations, trade shows and events, and apparel/promotional give-aways.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Administrative Assistant – Associate’s Degree along with a minimum of 5 years related experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate with other employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals, including metric units.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentations software. Basic working knowledge of Photoshop preferred.
