In this role, you will be responsible for MEC’s recruitment function for our WI facilities. This will include creating job postings that attract passive job seekers, sourcing candidates, interviewing, making offers, and coordinating onboarding. This is a lot of responsibility and you will lead the effort of filling 200 or more jobs annually. With that volume, you'll need to love recruitment to love this job.
