Our growing company is seeking to hire a Human Resources Manager for our Neillsville, WI facility. In this role, you will provide leadership for human resource functions including talent management, employee relations, policies, compliance, performance management, succession planning and organization effectiveness and development. You should crave and enjoy team work, because you will work closely with supervisors and managers to create HR strategies to support business needs. You will own the HR function at the facility as an HR Department of one, with leadership and support from the company headquarters.

What Does It Take to Be a Fit for This Role?
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 5 - 7 years of successful human resources experience in a manufacturing environment. Environmental, Health, and Safety leadership experience and ISO 14001 knowledge is a huge plus. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be the type of person that strives every day to provide exceptional customer service to our team members. You’ll also need the ability to influence strategy and act as a change agent.
