Overview

Our growing company is seeking to hire an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of MEC’s relationships with our key client, Honda. So, what does this mean? In this role, you will establish and maintain a strategic partnership with Honda through timely and accurate communication, maintaining in-depth knowledge of sales, quality, engineering, and production activities.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

A role like this comes with some important responsibilities, some of those responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that our customer receives exceptional communication related to quality, delivery, and continuous improvement and cost down initiatives.
  • Executing the Powersports strategic sales plan within MEC’s core competencies, capacities, and resources.
  • Working with estimating to coordinate and track quoting activity for new business.
  • Travelling to the customer site, typically once a month.

Qualifications

What Does It Take to Be a Fit for This Role?

Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 3-5 years of account management experience in a manufacturing environment. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a solid and tenacious communicator who is dedicated to making things happen.
