Responsible for performing continued audit of inventory quantities and records on a predetermined schedule by counting components, assemblies, subassemblies and raw materials to verify accuracy of inventory records.


Duties are performed under the general supervision of the SCM or other designated members of the management team.  The following requirements, essential functions, and responsibilities are not intended to represent an exhaustive listing nor in any way restrict or limit job assignment.


  • Maintain accurate cycle counts in all departments andreport and track findings.
  • Ensure all scans are performed correctly.
  • Maintain and modify Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Maintain records utilizing the MRP system.
  • Put away product - stock parts on lines.
  • Create shipping documentation / ensure correst product is shipped / coordinate flow of trailers and loads.
  • Load / unload trucks as needed.
  • Monitor and pass down shift information in the following areas: schedule attainment, shipments, hot items.
  • Support production floor and help trouble shoot system issues.
  • Basic support of all materials functions.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must possess a valid forklift license.   Must  possess working knowledge of Excel.


Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.


Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. 


Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed by uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.


Supervisory Responsibilities:
